we are a family run business established in 2010.

we specialise in Printing & Embroidery, for all occasions
From birthdays to Christmas presents,
from school  to anniversary’s.
Nothing says it better than something  personal.

we also supply school uniforms and have a large variety of handmade hair accessories ,

Payment
We accept payments via debit/credit card payments and PayPal.

Changes and Cancellation
You can request to make changes to, or cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it online. However theres no guarantee this requested can be done As items are personalised your order may have already gone into production.

Imaging
Please be aware that product images on our website can sometimes be effected by factors such as screen settings or lighting and every effort has been made to display our products as accurately as possible. As all products are personalised there may sometimes be slight design changes to what is pictured in order to accommodate for longer names or specific personalisation requests. Please contact us if you have any further queries about how your personalisation may fit on a specific item before purchase.

Dispatch
All our items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch on personalised items. If you need an item sooner, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate. Although, this may not be possible during busy times such as school season, Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.

Delivery
We offer 2 postage options, free post which we use 2 class with proof of delivery, and recorded first class post £4.99 all our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK. We also offer click and collect from our store.

Returns

Non Personalised Items can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days, the buyer is to pay the returned postage if choose to return by post.,
please return using a tracked service. alternatively  if you would like to return via the shop, please have with you your order confirmation number, or a return will be refused.

refunds will be returned into the buyer account through payment method they used.

Personalised item returns are non-refundable and non-returnable. as they have been custom made for you.  so are unsellable.

Damaged/faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel, so that we can resolve the issue, you will need to provide a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. Where Peggy Clives is at fault we will arrange a refund or replacement item as soon as possible.

Personalisation Errors
If there is an error with your item please contact us within 2 days of delivery to let us know. If the fault is ours we will arrange a refund or replacement item as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure all personalisation fields are filled in
